firstcolo
To offer our customers more choice and location redundancy, we leased contiguous data center space at firstcolo at the end of 2024. The data center located in Frankfurt is redundantly connected to our own edge routing via several fiber optic routes and is thus completely independent of the operator's network operations. The dataforest racks at firstcolo are used for our dedicated servers as well as for colocation and are managed by our own staff, so that we also operate completely autonomously at this location and provide all services including core routing (Juniper MX) and core switching (Arista) ourselves.
