All colleagues are enthusiastic about technology and understand our business and product range. Salesmen or call center employees who are happy to write down your question or read standard prices and possible discounts from a table are looking in vain — during every initial consultation, you will be supported directly by technicians who do not have to discuss your technical requirements internally, but will immediately understand and will be happy to speak with you in plain language. Only system and network administrators work for us in support — our management has the same “background”.
